Was ready to welcome the new year's dawn
She had a sparkler and a balloon
And a song that she wanted to croon

She danced and played with her friends all night
She watched the fireworks and the stars so bright
She dreamed of all the things she would do
She felt the hope and the joy so true

She said to everyone a new year wish
She gave them all a warm and fuzzy kiss
